Covered parking spaces are reserved for $20 monthly. Any vehicle belonging to a Resident or guest parked in a covered space without proper authorization is subject to being towed at the owner's expense. Fire lanes and dumpster areas are to be kept clear at all times. No automobile washing or repairs (except emergency repairs) are permitted at any time. No recreational vehicles or 18 wheelers etc. are permitted at any time. Parking lot safety equipment has been installed to reduce the level of damage resulting from unsafe or distracted drivers. The parking lot safety equipment includes such items as speed bumps, bollards, parking lot curbs and/or car stop curbs. To avoid damage to your vehicle, you must use diligence around the parking lot safety equipment. The property will not assume responsibility for damage to your vehicle resulting from parking lot safety equipment.
