No aggressive breeds will be accepted, including but not limited to, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Chow and Doberman Pinscher. PetScreening.com used to evaluate assistance animal options. A $200 non-refundable pet fee and a $200 pet deposit per pet must be paid at the time of move-in or at the time the pet is acquired. There will also be a $20 monthly pet rent for each pet. No pets are permitted outside the apartment unless restricted by a leash and accompanied by their owners. This rule applies to all pets including cats. Only domestic pets (i.e. birds, cats, dogs, and fish) are allowed in the apartment. A TAA Animal Addendum must be signed at the time of move-in or at the time the pet is acquired. A $75 fine will assessed to owners who are found not picking up their pets' feces and will be assessed for each violation. Any damages sustained to the unit or property will be reflected on your final billing statement. If you are found to have an unauthorized pet you will be charged a $250 pet fee which will be reflected on your final billing statement. Fort Worth City ordinance prohibits pets from being in the pool areas. Pets are not to be left on the patio or balcony unattended at any time. Persons violating these rules or pets receiving more than 3 complaints from Management or other Residents are subject to termination of occupancy rights, but are not released from lease liability.
