A $75 fine will assessed to owners who are found not picking up their pets' feces and will be assessed for each violation. Any damages sustained to the unit or property will be reflected on your final billing statement. If you are found to have an unauthorized pet you will be charged a $250 pet fee which will be reflected on your final billing statement. Fort Worth City ordinance prohibits pets from being in the pool areas. Pets are not to be left on the patio or balcony unattended at any time. Persons violating these rules or pets receiving more than 3 complaints from Management or other Residents are subject to termination of occupancy rights, but are not released from lease liability.
