|Recommended: YesWe have loved Centre Oaks — We were drawn to Centre Oaks because of its great reviews and after a year of living here, we agree that it is easily one of our favorite apartments we've lived Staff is helpful and friendly, grounds are well-kept, and we feel like our apartments is plenty spacious. Any complaints we have had were caused by our neighbors and were less issues and more moments of annoyances. We are excited to live at Centre Oaks another year

Only thing that people with dogs are not picking the Puffs as directed by the leasing office, which is little messy

|Recommended: YesProperty is nice, parking spots should be assigned — It's a nice, quiet complex. Parking spot availability is a bit slim in the evenings. Staff is nice, maintenance requests are responded to promptly.

|Recommended: YesWelcome Home — The Office and Maintenance Staff is second to none. Transplant from another City, this is the only place I've ever lived for a reason. Central location to all the DFW area, I love it here

|Recommended: YesSpacious Property Grounds and Apartments — After spending almost one year here, I can say this is the best apartment complex I have lived at in my lifetime. Clean, well kept grounds a big variety of spacious apartments kind, experienced apartment management staff, and a variety of options to participate in as a complex even during COVID in 2020 . This is an efficient, clean, well-protected complex and I hope I get to stay here for a long time.
